Dave "I like sunsets, romantic dinners and walks along the beach......." Sorry Dave - it's not a dating website.... Dave ventured to Alice Springs in January 2009 and has loved every minute since arriving. But when he first got here the heat was a bit too much to begin with and spent the first 2 weeks permanently in the pool. That explains why we thought he looked a little like George Burns. So far, he's hosted the Camel Cup, The Henley On Todd and a few other things. Dave has a long and varied history with a massive background in the music industry in Sydney, both as a performer and in the background. He brings all his knowledge to the forefront on 8HA - whether we like it or not! But at least he's one of those guys that will stop and have a chat with you in the street. |

Mez Born in West Wyalong, NSW (near Wagga Wagga), Mez spent most of her early years on a farm being shot at, run over and locked in cupboards. Her family consists of her loving brothers, ma and pa, 4 dogs, 1 cat, 10 chooks, 16 head of cattle, and lots of sheep—of which one was her pet. She spent too many years to count and too many wines in the hospitality industry and now she’s…here… Mez loves white wine and calf’s liver but will claim an allergy when faced with the sight of a humble pea.
